so yeah i'm about to buy this jacket. was seeing whether anyone has any reservations about it after trying it on or buying it etc
i want an acronym jacket but i can't find a nice one in my size. if anyone has anything or can recommend anything that's better size small let me know. Not so tempted by stone island though. duff did you try it on in the end?

I went to buy that one, but didn't after trying it on.

I have to say that materials and quality are very good, was the fit that didn't convince me.
It's very snug on the body and on the arms, but you have some room on the shoulders as on the back there's a sort of pleat for more comfort. You can clearly see this with the jacket on as the shoulders are puffed up compared to the rest of the body. Nothing major, but you notice it when looking at it from the side.
On the arms in particular, it was too tight with just a sweatshirt on.
I wouldn't recommend sizing up because the outer shell will then be too big, and overall the jacket kinda loses its nature.

I'm 181cm (5'9?) with broad shoulders and tried a M

I got this for half price this summer and I'd definitely recommend it if it hits the sales:

Also no weird shoulder backswing like in the acg jacket

yeah i cant seem to find many fit pics of the 2 in 1 acg. this has thrown me a bit! couldn't really find anything else that i liked. that other nike one is nice rez but sold out most places unfortunately. the other thing swaying me is i have a 20% nike code so it knocks £100 off the acg

Hi guys

Need a warm jacket for winter. Have had an OL shield for the last five years but now it's starting to die on me. Fraying at the sleeves Sad

Any good suggestions?

I had a look at Norse's Rokkvi Neoshell 2.0. Anyone got any experience?

that's what's fucked up about the jacket. with the shoulder articulation the shell is not designed to be worn alone. wear the insulator alone, and paired with the outer shell. if they were to design the shell to function alone and paired with the insulation layer, it becomes the acg 3 in 1 jacket. alas due to budget restraints, it has to settle on being the acg 2 in 1 jacket.

candidate, you need a jacket with separate insulation and shell? if not try and find a veilance insulated shell - https://www.firmamentberlin.com/arcteryx_veilance/22887/insulated_shell_jacket.html
beast of a bracket. the various iterations of nodes are good, but a bit shorter in length and a bit wider in body.

that veilance looks good but i doubt i'll be able to find xs/s if sold out in stores.
yeah just looking for a versatile, tech jacket really.
think im gonna get the acg delivered and see how it is. only thing i can find that i like style and price-wise.

With all that writing over it, looks shite IMO. Doesn't even look particularly comfortable either.

Veilance with a discount is where it's at. Such good coats, can't believe I even thought about selling mine, well glad I never now.
