finally just decided on this Arc'teryx Koda Parka. haven't received it yet, but it looked like a nice cheaper veilance option. looked at loads of pics of the acg and decided that the shoulder fit thing was a load of shite.

Silly reason not to buy it seeing as that it adds function. Did you go and try it on?

Would rather go far a nanamica personally, using a proxy would be about the same price

I have had both, nanamica soutien short & macintosh dunoon GTS non hooded and they are equally great. The only (problem ?!) for both of them is the typical whitening of the fabric and damage especially at the cuffs which happens with heavy usage. I preferd the mack because of it´s plain look ( had both in navy blue ). If Made in Chiana, regardless of the quallity is a bad point, go for the mack. If you deciding on looks, durability, quallity, being weatherproof, decide on what you like best. Nanamicas quallity isn´t better than mackintosch´ and vice versa. Both available for cheaper than retail, plus several discount options if you´re lucky. No proxy needed in my opinion.

these were back instore i saw at the weekend. they fit bigger than veilance imo (contrasting others opinions)
