In my opinion Carl they are. The ones I've tried on have been great.

The Torrentshell is great for the money, but be advised that they fit big. I'm 6' and a Small is reasonably generous on me.

Where can I get a decent quality shearling that I don't need a second mortgage for?

I suspect most of the vintage ones on ebay will fit awful and smell of mothballs.

I would think Levi's probably do a decently priced one

Any jackets like this that don't cost 3500? Mainly liking the unstructured fit and the pockets

Looking for a nice, casual goretex jacket, sub £400.
Does anyone have any recommendations. I like the Nanamica Cruiser but it's too pricey for me…

Actually like that saturdays surf one best. It's really hard to find one that doesn't look stiff if that makes sense. The berluti one in my own pic looks like it's a bit more casual.

The Uniqlo mainline cashmere blend one in navy is very nice this season. Quality is much better than the U line one and seems a step up from recent years. Size down one.

Not Gore tex - but still "tech" material.

Anyone got any experience with Ten C? I am looking at the 3L Anorak and Car Coat, but have on SF that the quality does not match the price? Advice on sizing would be great as well.
