Picked up the Norse Projects Rokkvi 4.0 Gore Tex, pretty impressed relative to others I’ve tried at a similar price point. Probably prefer it to my SI parkas and arc'teryx veilance monitor down.

Japanese outerwear FTW
Just picked up a nanamica goretex cruiser the quality is spot on
https://www.endclothing.com/gb/nanamica-gore-tex-cruiser-jacket-suaf704-be.html

fit is slightly large but seems to work as its cut so well and the fabric is stiff nohomo

Really find the quality of Nanamica to be great.

Behave, it’s not a bad jacket but not comparable to the monitor down for me

Granted, overall finish isn’t on the same level but not far off IMO and for the price it is a very nice mid price alternative having owned both.

the Uniqlo U are the best quality/fit price ratio, love mine. I also insta kopped their latest down blouson in brown/orange color, which reminded me of my old carhartt

Saw the parka on the Oi Polloi newsletter a couple of days ago, looks great. Very tempted to pull the trigger

Their awful, been done a thousand times before and a thousand times better.

But it's Visvim so they'll have a bloated price tag and will still reel in some of the Texans with more money than taste.
