The Woolrich is designed for Alaskan truckers when it's down to about -25 so is probably a safe bet. They have an olive in small for 475 at end. Snow Peak could be good to be fair,

I have an Eastlogue Parka, which ironically is only stocked here now. Really good quality and something different.

I had an Eddie Bauer x Nigel Cabourn vest before which was amazing quality. Not sure if EB do anything as standard that could be cheaper. The fur hood is coyote which I think they class as 'sustainable' as they are culled anyway. Puzzled

There's also a reduce RMF christy on Son of a Stag if that's an alternative.

Need the parka length imo when it's genuinely chilly.

Been looking at their stuff and it looks good, just wondering if its worth it.

Copped one of these.

Amazing piece of kit. Dripping with geeky touches.

Yeah, it is quite fitted. Not 100% I'm gonna keep it as layering options will be limited.

What size did you get illwill? I'm looking at an Aero on matches but the shoulder width seems small for the L and thinking I may need an Xl. Normally a 3 in Vis, medium in newer Arcteryx.

I got medium and I'm also a medium in Arc. I'd say it fits smaller than Arc but not a whole size.

It's definitely designed to be fitted. Not sure it would look great oversized.

Go for the M.

Seems great value when compared to a Monitor.

I ain't too jel. Will be overkill for 9/10 winter days.

The non-lined version is much more practical.

I keep thinking that it will not turn up; it's in Denmark at the mo. I still don't fully understand why it was at that price. It's current season and we haven't even got to sales yet! Mind you, I know they have screwed up in the past with Visvim discounts so may be they just aren't on top of things.

Clearly a trend of Swedish retailers being generous with the discounts! Laughing out loud

Surely at £300 they’re making a loss on them. If there’s any reason at all you don’t get on with it, I’ll gladly take it off your hands Eye-wink
