I've had a Cerium LT Hoody for about the same time as Davinho and have no complaints. Packs down very well also.

for tech+look I like the Anneal down from veilance the weight and warmth is really nice for uk winter and its warm with light layers well below zero, the gore tex outer is also nice weight, for price the cerium from mainline is good, but its not waterproof so depends what you want it for.

Looking for a grey wool mid-thigh length raglan overcoat. I've ordered this Gap effort but I don't hold much hope as to the thickness/quality of it. Anyone spotted anything?

Long shot but does anyone have one of these in a size L? Nemen Multi-Pocket Smock

Even better if you do and you'd be willing to trade for Olive size XL

The goggles and the piece of plastic on the sleeve kills it.

Goggles would be detachable, have a special edition Mille from about 10 years ago which I never wear with the googles

Nothing worse than useless gimmicks on clothes, maybe words

Not really useless, if you look back at the history these were used for racing, the watch viewer was used so people could view their watch while competing at high speeds with ease. https://www.cpcompany.co.uk/blogs/archive/53206469-the-mille-miglia-jacket-1988-1989

Personally I think cp over done it though with the lens, watch viewer or goggles on every item though. I have some vintage cp stuff with zero branding which is alright and discrete but never gets any wear nowadays.

But to get back on topic of jackets my Mille has lasted well over 10 years and still looks almost as good now as it did then. The materials used are amazing and can withstand almost anything. This said I never really wear the goggles even the hood as it looks better without. I would just guess the CP of the last 5 years isn’t as good as what it was but this could be said of most brands

Hoping some EU places pick up the Nylon vests. The jackets look decent as well.

I’m a fake hooley and love the goggles on a CP. But not for everybody.

You rarely see them here in the states and every time I wear it somebody stops to ask what it is.

The colour and pockets on the Nemen look similar to CP if you don’t mind an alternative.

They're both coreloft, but Veilance Euler Jacket and Range Jacket depending on what style you want.

Meanwhile my Insulated Shell (with primaloft) is going strong as hell on nine years now.. https://www.firmamentberlin.com/arcteryx-veilance/22117/insulated-shell-jacket.html

Sure, Veilance is almost bombproof. I can't recommend Arcertyx enough. I need an Engineered Garments black Field Parka

Don’t mind some iron heart stuff, but that looks like it’s from a mail order catalogue.

How do Veilance jackets fit? Are they true to size or a size up or down from normal size.
