Veilance fits about a size smaller than regular Arcteryx, I’d say get your true size if you like a slimmer fit.

I’ve always found it depends on whether it has insulation or not. Tts if it hasn’t for me.

Picked up the Arc-Teryx Therme gore tex insulated jacket earlier in the year, one of the best purchases I've made.

I have a white Veilance monitor down jacket which is now too small for me if anyone is interested? Size small. The best winter jacket you can buy in my opinion, I have another one in my size and I get so much wear from it

The monitor is superb. Definitely wouldn't pay retail, but then again, mine was the best bargain I ever got!

Agreed, this will be good for a medium too as I have a monitor down in medium and I’m 6 foot 2

That is lovely too, but the recent rainmageddon is making me want longer

Bought a few coats from matches and they are asking me for an authorisation code for my bank. Bank says there isn’t one as the transaction isn’t yet complete. Matches are fucking me around big time. Hsbc have authorised it but they won’t process. Not sure what I can do , both sides say it’s not my issue. Evil

Strange. I normally get a text from HSBC to approve a payment, before it then completes. Did that not go through?

Looks ace that but from my past experience with SI down, unless the jackets are waterproof they are normally shite in the rain. Great for just cold and wind though.

Speaking of SI the reflective ripstop chime looks pretty cool but the price not so cool

I need to throw this into the ring again. It's one of the best pieces I have IMO.

Eastlogue Down Parka - Mustard.

Comes in a few colours if they still do it.

Lovely. Battenwear are doing their down parka in a similar yellow as another option.

I've got the shorter versioned one. Keeps me warm in the London winter months, but I wouldn't take it anywhere it's constantly sub 5 degrees.
