I got one of these from Open As Usual when they did one of their clearance popups and it has been really solid. Material is Pertex Shield +. Used it for work and casual.

Can't actually find any pertex shield + apart from the one ypu posted, which is nice but £500 is a bit much.

I always think the Monitor hood is big. Doesn;t work too well here on the coast, especially in a headwind. That does look nice, but its typical Veilance aesthetic for the photoshoot, perfect lines/proportions etc. but doesn't always translate real world.

Like literally came away in pieces around the hood where it folds. Sad times. Last time I had a rubberised stone island it fell apart
Common problem with these, been the same since they started making them… no longevity
Must have been 2003/2005 time and it put me off the brand for a long time. I’ve said on here before their treatments look great and they have some of the best looking outerwear but I’m more than certain they are never tested properly, defo looks over function.

Found mine to be the same. Only suited to Mekon headed fukers.

Further to above
"The 'Twilight Blue' color way of the Willum Down jacket was actually cancelled before it went into production, so it was never manufactured.
It is only available in the Black and the Ivy Green color; https://www.norseprojects.com/search?search=willum%20down
The pictures you can find by searching for it on Google are pictures of a sample, and we will make sure to have it removed entirely from our website".

I'm 5ft10", 72-3kg - I'm guessing I'd be a medium in this?

Copped the veilance node but unsure whether to back it or not. The hood is huge. It’s relatively big on the monitor which I like but on the node it’s almost comically big

Stone island jackets always notorious for peeling, I traveled on the night bus from Newcastle to Landan to go to woodhouse to buy the heat sensitive pink jacket, mate bought blue reflective marina… them were the days before web (1991???)
Both commented they didn’t stand up to weekenders at raindance. His gran boil washed the reflective coating of his!
