I tried a 4 in Japan in that but the hood didn't seem to sit right to me.

Wish I'd blown all my money whilst I was in Japan on Comme and Undercover though and stocked up as everything seems to be exactly double the price here. Only really bought a very small amount - a few UC t-shirts, a CDG Homme Plus backpack and 2 CDG wallet chains as I had no space for carrying much. Double seems a bit excessive to me I mean the europeans in Japan don't cost double.

Is that the peacoat with the shiny bits in the collar and pockets? Think I saw it in Selfridges but didn't try it.

That overcoat is a proper beauty wish mine had fitted me

yeah its got the shiney bits on it, god forbid someone drops a fag on it though it'll go up in seconds. know what you mean about the hood sitting funny, its a bit like a beak or something but with a hat on underneath it might fill it out a bit more. is cdg half the price too then? will have to get me a ticket to tokyo finally, maybe at sales time Eye-wink

The things I looked at and then saw here were approx half price. I stalled on the homme plus kind of brogue trainer hybrids in black and white. They were about 140 I think and I guessed they'd be about that here too as sometimes cdg shoes seem pretty cheap but no fucking 285 and they didn't have that cw. The real diffusion stuff like play was about the same (I'm guessing a play t would be about 25 quid here no?)

I've always liked CDG hp and h but kind of took it forgranted but after visiting Japan I like it more, easily in my top three now its like seeing it worn by some of the staff inspired me.

I plan to buy a few things here because you've got to but I'm going to just save more and go twice a year maybe and buy shitloads.

Things like headporter etc don't interest me really but they were pretty cheap too when I looked

imo cdg play is totally derivative to the core principle of what Comme do. Cannot believe they have taken the play route after holding out for so long.

Anything round similar to the main grey jacket please.

Budget is about £250.

What's the usual price to get a jacket tailored around the shoulders (bigger) and to take the waist in?

Topman are doing a Jacket almost identical to that JaiRo but from the materials, and the slightly strange pics it might be a bit crappy.

It looks absolutely terrible! Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

I'm looking for one to use for work, either in grey or a navy blue.

Just a bit thinner than a pea coat and a deep colour through out. come to think of it, would prefer a dark grey as opposed to a light grey, I can see it getting stained at the bottom from puddles and other shit.

It'll be warn over a jacket so nothing too thick or heavy.

yeah comme trousers look like the most comfortable thing in the world and the sort of "slept in" suit look always looks nice.
