Yeah and he's paid even more now, but he's also (or was also, didn't he leave?) one of the best paid celebs at the beeb by far, read the article I posted.

Just seen an interview with Capello on ITV, he says he wont name his team till 2 hours before the game but says Barry will play
Seems like the England job is making lose his marbles, wont be

Chris Moyles is only on 600k a year, and he has the biggest and best slot on radio 1, and he only gets normal holidays, works mon-fri.
175k for talking about football once or twice a week, isn't bad at all.

This not knowing his team must be a bluff. Any top manager would have his team known in the squad and they'd be working on plays based on the attributes of those players against how the opposition will play.

Reports yesterday were that he pretty much knows his team; but won't tell the players until 2 hours before the match is due to kick off.
He's apparently not sure who to partner with Rooney upfront… Defoe or Crouch; or who to put in goal.

second games are proving to be the real deal.
welcome to the real world cup.
17 Jun 2010 13:25
Had to happen, 1st round of games had the least goals of any world cup ever.
The ITV picture is so fucking appalling, didn't think it had been that bad but it's really terrible today.

17 Jun 2010 13:45
