ever since you said it would be risky to post back to italy with no insurance my hands have been sweaty and my head in another planet..i thought i lost 300 odd english pounds… but i got a confirmation e-mail saying my refund had been issued… i am a real lucky 23 year old hand cream wearing student

whats your preferred choice of hand cream ?

neutrogena norwegian formula hand cream, applied twice…daily..it gives me confidence and great looking hands

is yoox good again? i remember buying loads from there, then going back a while later and noticing that all the prices had gone loco. it used to be good since it was heavily discounted, that and their excellent return policy(if you're patient, clearly.)

I tried to do a return online today, out of interest. Couldn't do it.

Arrange a collection, ticked 'do you have a preprinted returns labels', entered the tracking number and it came up with and error:

"Note: None of the entered Tracking Numbers can accept return shipping or collection charges."

Ignoring that, and entering all the other information it doesn't recognise the Yoox UPS account number or Zip code either. How exactly do you do it online?

Now, if you call UPS to book a return they charge you. They brought it in a few months back. If you do it online it's free, but they don't make it easy.

Anyway, Billhicks, I realise you posted this a while back but for future reference - Click on 'schedule a return.' Then click the box for having pre-printed returns labels. A new section opens that allows you to put in the tracking number for the package. The number should start with 1Z (One & Zed) It's a long number printed right across your return ticket. Don't bother putting in the spaces. After entering it, you might still receive an error on the code but ignore it.

Then fill in your details (for company just put your own name) and hit next. It should move you onto the next page (even if it has been flagging the return tracking number.)

I hope this helps. Also note, this has to be done within 7 days of you telling Yoox you'd be making a return, otherwise, I think UPS kills the return service linked to the tracking number.

Its been an absolute nightmare for me too! Yoox returns used to be much easier than this.

Italy's postal service is notorious for things going missing. This is why a lot of merchants/ebay sellers etc won't ship to Italy.

Short of delivering it personally, there is sod all you can do. Sad

best thing to do with yoox is give the driver a fiver or a can of coke and a bar of chocolate for the majority of tight wads on here, and ask him to wait for two minutes, then quickly try on your garment. if it doesnt fit or is shit then just tape up the bag again and refuse delivery. easy as that.
